I’m sorry to inform you but the Santa Marina Apartment Complex has been purchased by another company. They are planning to renovate the building and turn it into office space. We regret to inform you that you will all be evicted by the end of May. When you have the opportunity, please stop by the front office to prepare closing work on your leases and contracts.
