I quit work at the station. I couldn’t stand it anymore. I was scheduled to work until 5 but then they told me an important case had just come in and they needed me to stay overtime. So I did and I’ll have to admit that I was a little excited about getting to really work as a profiler in a legitimate case. I got really tired of being a research and errand gopher. But it turned out that they just needed me available to make copies and look up records. I didn’t get let off for the evening until 11. I just quit right there.
Maybe I’ll take a few weeks off from my patients just to figure some things out. I’ll see. I’m ready for a long bubblebath.
