G: Hello there!
R: Oh hello Giles
R: I want you to know that I had a wonderful time last night.
G: I’m glad then.
R: : )
G: So what’s new with you?
R: I finished drama and now I’m trying to decide on my spring break plans
G: So when is it and what are your options?
R: It’s in two weeks. Starts on March 10 and a week after that. Lily had invited me to go with her family on a trip to New York but I think the city’s really overrated.
G: I enjoy it there.
R: It gets typical too quickly for me.
G: Anything else?
R: A few of my others friends want to go camping but I don’t really enjoy that.
G: You forgot about going on a cruise with me to Alaska
R: What!?!?!?1
G: I was thinking if you were free during your spring break that I could take some vacation time and we can go on a cruise together.
R: …
G: I know it’s a bit sudden and kind of a big thing but it would just be us as we are now. It wouldn’t mean we were serious or anything.
R: I don’t know… : $
G: How about if you just think about it and let me know in a week so I can book everything.
R: Isn’t that a lot of money?
G: It’s nothing I can’t handle.
R: You know, I never asked what you do.
G: I do a lot of like commercial real estate. I buy up old lots, warehouses, and factories and turn them into something like apartment complexes.
R: Interesting.
G: Sometimes, I just like to hang out there when I want to get away.
R: That’s kind of weird.
G: I know, but sometimes you need to be by yourself.
R: Alright then. I better go.
R: I have to meet Lily at the library to study. I need to study for my lit test tomorrow.
G: Have fun.
R: Bye!
